Accidentally exposed to a miraculous healing chemical, ex DEA Agent, Painkiller Jane Vasko, (Kristanna Loken) is recruited by a covert government agency tasked to hunt down the latest national security risk, “Neuros.”  Neuros are average individuals whose cerebral DNA has somehow spontaneously transformed through an unexplained genetic modification.  A transformation that gives Neuros unusual mental powers while also eliminating all sense of compassion from the affected person.  Wherever Neuros appear, social chaos ensues.  For Jane’s team, each day is a battle against the unknown as they confront the strange and bizarre telekinetic powers of the Neuros.
